COVERAGE & CARRIERS
We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States
and Canada (excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon
Territory) via UPS.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders to Canada are only serviced via
UPS Standard ground shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a
tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our distribution facility's business days are Monday through Friday from 7:00
a.m. though 3:00 p.m. (EST) excluding U.S. holidays and other specific days we
may announce.
For your protection, in case of any billing irregularities you will be contacted
by our Sales Audit staff before your order is shipped. We apologize for any
delays this may cause.
In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be
shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the
order.
On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier.
Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may
